Most recently, Lynda was VP, Chief Talent Officer at Aviso Wealth and has held other Vice-
Presidential roles in two of Canada’s other preeminent financial institutions, CIBC and Fidelity
Investments, where she led multidisciplinary teams of professionals across Canada and North
America. Her focus is the development and retention of key talent, working with senior leaders to
translate strategy into practical and effective solutions.
