Anis Jaoudé is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CRHA) from the Ordre des Conseillers en Ressources Humaines Agréés de Québec, and also certified by the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of British Columbia and Yukon (CPHR). He holds the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-USA).
With over 20 years of HR generalist experience, Anis has focused on managing and implementing HR and organizational development projects across various industries. He progressed from Consultant to Partner at HR Matrix, a Human Resources Business Process Outsourcing firm operating in the MENA and GCC regions.
He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI with over 10 years of experience. His work as Head of HR in diverse sectors gave him cross-cultural, hands-on expertise in human relations and HR practices. His core competencies include KPI systems, performance management, employee relations, talent development, grading and salary scaling, succession planning, HR audits, and engagement surveys.
Additionally, Anis brings over a decade of instructional design and facilitation experience. He delivers workshops and HR certification programs including SHRM Learning System, capacity building, personal effectiveness, and Occupational Health and Safety culture.
