Nicole St-Pierre is a consultant, coach, and facilitator specializing in organizational development, change management, and team development. She has over 30 years of experience in human resources management, including several years as an executive in Canadian and international organizations.
She began her career at an actuarial firm before holding various positions at ABB, CAE, and Aimia, where she led significant organizational initiatives in the context of business growth and cultural change.
She then joined Paysafe Group, a global fintech leader, where she built a more comprehensive HR function and managed a major acquisition that doubled the size of the organization.
In 2016, Nicole transitioned to consulting and coaching, with a mission to collaborate with organizations and senior leaders to drive transformation and generate optimal performance. She is known for her listening skills, business acumen, and pragmatic approach grounded in the client’s reality.
Her clients range from small businesses to large corporations across various sectors, and she also serves non-profits and governmental organizations. She has led several mandates in industrial innovation, mining, and infrastructure construction sectors.
Nicole also enjoys sharing her expertise by mentoring young professionals and leaders. She is fully bilingual and has conversational skills in Italian.
